Before she finished she asked if there were any other questions or concerns leaving room for anything we may have missed. Very thorough and knowledgeable as well!! She has even made herself available for further questions and clarification. A very wonderful and much appreciated experience 🤝👏

We unfortunately experienced a flood at our home and needed a mold inspection done. Elizabeth was able to come out within a day which was a huge relief. She was extremely friendly, professional, and thorough. Even went above and beyond helping me connect my wifi that was left unplugged by previous workers. Every text was met with a prompt response, and the testing results were provided quickly and clearly. We will definitely be using her again to make sure all mold is fully gone. Hopefully we won’t need these services again, but this company was genuine, efficient, and great to work with. I would absolutely recommend them.

They came out to inspect a potential property for me with less than 24 hours notice! The attention to detail was unmatched! Things that I walk passed plenty of times without a thought were pointed out, and more importantly some of the more significant things that I as a first time buyer knew nothing about was not only shown via the report, but also by the inspectors with an understandable explanation! They saved me and I cannot thank them enough because I was heading towards purchasing without an inspection first!

100% Recommend. Their website makes it super easy to see repairs needed and even has a section where you can see what repairs can be done yourself! (DIY) It even includes links so yea that’s very helpful. Ellie was awesome, got the whole inspection done efficiently and glided through the place, her experience showed. As far as customer service, these are good people who care about their quality of work and make sure whoever they are doing work for is taken care of. Again I couldn’t recommend their services anymore. True professionals!

As a first time home buyer, boy is everything that goes with stressful. From the moment we first contacted Olivas Nichols Inspections we knew we found exactly who we needed. Clarissa was our first point of contact and she was responsive, kind, patient and explained their process very clearly. They were able to quickly get us an appointment set up for inspection. Their communication with us was top notch! They checked in with us the day before and the day of so there was no worries. Elizabeth was our inspector and she was wonderful. She arrived a little earlier than our appointment time which we appreciated because to us that means you care and you don't accept being late! She was very friendly and professional. VERY THOROUGH!!! She took her time and paid attention to ALL the details. She talked us through everything and answered questions while she worked. The report was completed and given to us very quickly and very detailed. They even set up a meeting afterwards to go through the report with you so if you have any other questions they can address those as well. I love the follow through, because lets be real you are absorbing a lot of information at once and you need the time to go through it all again and get your questions in order. Anytime there is a need for us we know who we will turn to and recommend to others!
